The spacious, immaculate room, complete with a lovely bath and kitchenette, surpassed my expectations. While the parking was a bit limited, the overall comfort and warmth from the hosts made up for it!

I loved the breakfast with good choice of great food. The location was quiet and handy - adjacent to Invercargill due to a severe flood event in Southland. I was there for the christmas and had a perfect 10/10 stay, so I would stay here again.

Additionally, the hotel is situated between the township and the stadium. The service was great, with the staff providing dry cleaning and laundry options, as well as amenities like ironing facilities and heating. We were able to make use of the kitchen facilities and enjoyed the free wi-fi in our room. The room was well-equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, cookware and kitchen utensils, electric kettle and electric blankets. The television, telephone and flat-screen TV were nice features. The carpeted floor and dining area provided a cozy and comfortable setting. we would recommend this hotel to our family.
